TO: Vendors of Custodial and Paper Supplies for 2026–2027

FROM: Director of Operations – Mohawk Area School District.

The Mohawk Area School District is soliciting sealed bids and price quotations for custodial and paper supplies for the 2026–2027 school year.

Sealed bids/quotations must be received in the Administration Office no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter.

Bids will be awarded at the Regular School Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.

Bid Provisions

1. All items submitted must be equal to or better in quality than the specifications provided.

2. Payment Terms: Payment will be issued by the District after July 1, 2026.
